OUR GENERAL POLICIES

Our spa operates under CCTV surveillance and is legally permitted.
The spa is strictly for health and wellness purposes only.
Entry is not allowed without following health and safety guidelines (e.g., mask policy, if applicable).
Illegal activities are not entertained and will lead to legal action.
It is mandatory to register your name and phone number before availing services.
All services are provided by qualified and experienced therapists.
Any form of physical or mental abuse towards our staff will not be tolerated and may result in prosecution.
Payments once made are non-refundable.
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The spa does not take responsibility for loss or damage.

SERVICE POLICIES

We maintain a skin-friendly, clothing-optional environment for body treatments and select beauty services.
Robes and slippers are provided for your convenience.
Jewelry is best avoided during treatments. Safety deposit boxes are available—please ask an attendant.

Guests are wholly and solely responsible for their personal belongings, as the spa does not take responsibility for any loss or damage. Entry into the spa is strictly allowed only if all the above conditions are followed.
